Cinecitta was founded by Romina Tiberia, who was out to remedy the lack of true Roman pizza in San Francisco. Immediately embraced by the locals, Cinecitta soon became a mainstay of the North Beach scene, offering a full menu of authentic Roman specialties culled from Romina’s experience as a chef in her nonno’s kitchen, just outside the gates of Vatican City!
