Deposit: A one night's room rate is charged to your credit card to secure your reservation, the balance is due on arrival.
Rooms are single or double occupancy and subject to 14% Tourism Occupancy tax and 1.5% Tourism District tax.
Additional person limited to specific rooms, pre-arrangement only - $50.00.
Two night minimum stay required Friday or Saturday night. There is a three night minimum during holiday periods.
Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to reserve a room.
Personal checks will not be accepted if received less than 30 days prior to arrival.
No smoking is permitted on the premises.
No pets please.
Our check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am.
Our front desk is open from 7:00am to 10:30pm daily. Please contact us for a late check in.
Non-holiday stays: Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to your scheduled reservation date, less $25.00 fee . The $25.00 fee applies to all cancellations. Cancellation made within the 7 day period may be responsible for the entire amount of your scheduled stay, unless we rebook the room.
A 21 day cancellation notice is required for all holiday stays.
Groups consisting of eight to fifteen rooms have a 60 day cancellation policy. Large groups will be charged an additional 10% service fee on room rates and full payment is required in advance, and nonrefundable if canceled within the cancellation period.
The Inn has guests from all over the world that come for a relaxing stay and there-fore this Inn is not appropriate for children under 12.
Parking: We use the Filbert St garage (about 1 block away) Please check in at front desk first $ we will give you a parking stub. Their Rates are as follows;
Self park with NO in and out service - $20/day plus 14% Tourism Occupancy tax and 1.5% Tourism District tax.
Self Park WITH in and out service - $25/day plus 14% Tourism Occupancy tax and 1.5% Tourism District tax.
Valet - $35/day plus 14% Tourism Occupancy tax and 1.5% Tourism District tax.
