This weekend is the Chinese Lunar New Year celebration in the year of the Snake. The San Francisco Botanical Garden is having a free Tai Chi demonstration.

February 16th and 17th you can see Chinese Folk Dancers, a free Tai Chi Demonstration and Dragon Dancers at the Gardens. The celebration is free but if you want to see the show you need to RSVP with the SF Botanical Gardens.

On Sunday the Jing Cai Tai Chi Team will perform the signature Tai Chi moves in a coordinated dramatic demonstration. See the elegance and grace of this Chinese tradition from the 33 performers of this San Francisco group including dramatic sword form.
